Breakfast cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup olive oil 
  • Juice & grated rind of 1 orange
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.    Beat eggs, mix in other wet ingredients.  Mix dry ingredients together.  Combine wet and dry ingredients.  Bake 35-40 minutes.  Top with powdered sugar.
