Blueberry muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

1/2 cup oat flour
3/4 cup white flour
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
...
1 egg lightly beaten
3/4 to 1 cup greek nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup milk or extra to get right batter consistency
1/4 cup canola oil
...
1 cup frozen blueberries

Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients separately.   Mix together, add blueberries, pour in muffin pan and bake 18 minutes.
